Guests' Regulations
At THE NAVIS, we aim to make every guest feel at home. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have a set of house rules. We kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines to keep our community happy and harmonious

Please keep quiet after 10 pm.

Please avoid cooking strong-smelling foods like dried squid, certain seafood, or durian. When cooking, kindly open the windows and turn off the AC to maintain a pleasant atmosphere.

Please keep furniture and equipment in their designated places within and between rooms. Guests are responsible for any damages and will be charged accordingly at checkout.

If you discover a fire, please immediately alert all neighboring people and comply with the fire-fighting instructions.

For your safety, please keep the main door code private and do not share it with others.

The NAVIS is only responsible for valuables deposited at the Reception.

Smoking is forbidden in all areas of The NAVIS, except on the room balconies and rooftops.

It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, drugs, prohibited goods, pets, and bulky assets into the hotel.

Please ensure the number of guests matches your booking. Non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. If you’d like to welcome friends, kindly inform the Reception.

Please supervise children closely to keep them safe from sharp objects, corners, and balconies.
